Paint Corrections
If your vehicle’s paint has scratches, swirl marks, or hard water spots, you may need a paint correction! At ColorKraft, our team of experienced auto detailers will get your vehicle’s paintwork back to perfect condition!
Swirl Mark & Scratch Removal
We start with a paint correction by polishing the surface layer of the paintwork to remove any imperfections revealing a smooth, perfect finish. Depending on the severity of the damage to the paintwork, a two or three step paint correction may be necessary with compounding, polishing, and wet sanding.
Paint Protection
Once the paint work is brought back to perfect condition, it’s vital to protect it to prevent damage from coming back! There are several options on how to do this, including: Wax, Ceramic Coating, and Paint Protection Film. Most often, a Ceramic Coating will be applied to ensure a long-lasting, durable finish that will leave your vehicle protected for many years to come and make cleaning easier.

Ceramic Coatings
A ceramic coating is a durable, long-lasting way to protect your vehicle’s paint finish from the elements. Things like dirt, tar, iron, water spots, and light scratches can all be avoided with a quality ceramic coating. Ceramic coatings make cleaning a breeze, you’ll never want to go back to traditional wax again!
Paint Correction
First, we start off with analyzing the paintwork to determine the level of correction needed. The goal is to have the best possible finish as a base not only so it looks its best, but to also ensure the ceramic lasts as long as possible.
Application
After the paintwork is back to excellent condition, we apply the ceramic coating and allow it to cure. Once the ceramic has completely cured, your vehicle will now be protected from the elements, reflecting water, dirt, and even light scratches!

Do you offer detailing services?

What is a “paint correction”?
A Paint Correction can restore the luster to your car by first removing contamination, wet sanding (how much and what grit is determined in the initial survey), then polishing. We have over 20 years’ experience in high end detail services.
Do you offer interior detailing?
Yes, we have the equipment to make your interior look and smell great again. That being said, there are some situations where carpet, or interior pieces need to be replaced as it is impossible to remove certain stains/scents. If that is the case, we’ll let you know.
I’ve been disappointed with “detail” services in the past. Do you offer some type of guarantee?
Yes and No. We work by the motto: “under promise and over deliver”. We work diligently to set the correct expectations, from the initial survey to setting the appointment, we’ll make if very clear what we can and can’t do. So you can decide what you’d like to do. Given enough time and money, anything can be “perfect”, if that’s what you’re aiming for and the budget allows we can provide that. If “excellent” is acceptable, we can deliver that as well.
I want ColorKraft to work on my car but I'm in the Nashville area, can you help?
Absolutely, our sister company German Performance Options located at 1227 Lebanon Pike in Nashville 37210, is a drop off and pick up location for us. We’ll be glad to drive and/or transport your car depending on the damage and state of the vehicle.
What is your wait time to start on a car?
We keep our intake schedule one week out. If it’s more convenient for you to get the car to us sooner, we can accommodate you. Again, we want to be THE SHOP for you.
